Why Drive With Us?
The best CDL drivers stay where they’re respected. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to:
- Consistent freight — we keep wheels turning so your week isn’t spent waiting on loads.
- Transparent pay — clear rate structures, no surprise deductions, and settlements on time.
- 24/7 dispatch support — a real person answers when you’re on the road.
- Home time that’s honored — we plan routes around your schedule, not the other way around.
- Room to grow — from company driver to owner operator, we support the path you choose.
A truck driver job with us isn’t just a seat behind the wheel. It’s a career that lets your skills as a truck driver drive your future forward.
Open Positions
Class A CDL Jobs
Our Class A CDL jobs cover over-the-road (OTR), regional and dedicated lanes hauling dry van, reefer and flatbed freight. A Class A licence lets you operate combination vehicles — tractor-trailers — with a gross combination weight rating of 26,001 lbs or more, where the towed unit exceeds 10,000 lbs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Current DOT medical card
- Minimum age of 21 for interstate routes
- Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
- Endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) are a plus and may qualify for premium lanes
Class B CDL Jobs
Our Class B CDL jobs suit drivers who prefer straight trucks, box trucks over 26,001 lbs, and dump or delivery routes — often with daily home time. Class B covers single vehicles of 26,001 lbs or more, or such a vehicle towing a unit under 10,000 lbs.
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL (Class A holders are also welcome)
- Current DOT medical card
- Safe driving record
- Comfort with multiple stops and customer-facing deliveries
Local Truck Driver Job Openings
Want to sleep in your own bed every night? Each local truck driver job we post keeps you within a set radius of your home terminal, with predictable start times and weekends prioritized wherever possible. Local roles are available for both Class A and Class B drivers.
Owner Operator Trucking Jobs
If you own your truck, our owner operator trucking jobs are designed to keep your equipment earning. We handle load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker paperwork and route planning so you can focus on driving and running your business.
What owner operators get:
- Access to high-paying freight matched to your equipment and preferred lanes
- Rate negotiation on your behalf
- Paperwork handled: carrier packets, rate confirmations, invoicing support
- No forced dispatch — you decide which loads to take
Independent Contractor Jobs
Not every driver wants to be a company employee. Our independent contractor jobs give you the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose your freight and operate under your own authority or ours, while still benefiting from professional dispatch and back-office support.
Truck Driver Jobs Non CDL
Don’t have a CDL yet? We also offer truck driver jobs non CDL for box trucks, cargo vans and straight trucks under 26,001 lbs GVWR. These roles are a great way to build road experience, learn delivery logistics and earn while you prepare for your commercial licence.
Requirements:
- Valid standard driver’s licence
- Clean driving record
- Ability to load and unload freight safely
International Applicants: Heavy Rigid Jobs Experience Welcome
If your background is in heavy rigid jobs in Australia, New Zealand or a similar market, your experience with large rigid trucks transfers well to Class B work in the US. You’ll still need to hold the appropriate US CDL and work authorization, but we value the real-world skills you bring.
CDL Jobs No Experience: Starting Your Career

New to trucking? You can still apply. Many CDL jobs with no experience openings exist for recently licensed drivers, and we work with newly qualified drivers through paired runs, mentorship from senior drivers and a structured onboarding period before solo dispatch.
What we look for in new drivers:
- A recently earned CDL from an accredited school
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
- Willingness to learn — every mile builds the record that opens up better freight
How to Become a Truck Driver?
If you’re wondering how to become a truck driver, the path is more straightforward than most people expect:
- Meet the age requirement — 18 for intrastate driving in most states, 21 for interstate.
- Get a DOT medical exam and receive your medical examiner’s certificate.
- Obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) by passing the written knowledge tests at your state DMV.
- Complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) with an FMCSA-registered training provider — this has been mandatory for new Class A and Class B applicants since February 2022.
- Pass the CDL skills test — the pre-trip inspection, basic vehicle control and on-road driving.
- Add endorsements such as Hazmat, Tanker or Doubles/Triples to qualify for more lanes and higher pay.
- Apply for your first driver job — and start building experience.
Most CDL programs take between three and seven weeks to complete, depending on the school and licence class.
What Makes Great CDL Drivers?
The best CDL drivers share a few traits, and they’re what we look for in every applicant:
- Safety first — pre-trip inspections done right, every time
- Reliability — on-time pickups and deliveries build trust with customers
- Communication — keeping dispatch updated prevents problems before they start
- Professionalism — you represent our company at every dock and every stop
